Why a linen dress
Linen is a plant fibre that lets air through and moves moisture away from the skin quickly, so on a hot day a linen dress feels cooler than cotton or synthetics. Our linen is softened: the dress is soft from the first wear and becomes more yours with every wash. The fabric is OEKO-TEX certified, so it also suits sensitive skin. Light creasing is part of linen and gives the dress a natural look.
Cuts and lengths
The Lissi wrap dress ties at the waist and suits a range of body shapes. The Karin, Nora and Jenny shirt dresses button through and have a collar, and you can also wear them open as a tunic. A-line dresses such as Grete, Mia and Joan fall freely without marking the waist. Lengths go from the short Minni to ankle-length maxi. Colours: white, black, light blue, pink, green and seasonal shades.
A linen dress for summer and for occasions
For summer the lightest choice is a sleeveless or short-sleeved white or light blue dress with trainers. For a wedding, a graduation or a reception choose a smooth wrap or maxi dress in black or a dark shade and add fine jewellery and heels. Creases settle if you hang the dress after washing and steam iron it while slightly damp.
