Terms and Conditions
This online store, muulin.com (and muulin.ee), is owned and operated by Flaxline Tekstiil OÜ (registry code 11153907, Alajaama 8, 11314 Tallinn, Estonia). In these Terms we refer to Flaxline Tekstiil OÜ as "Muulin," "we," or "us," and to you, the person using the store, as "you" or "the customer." By placing an order, you agree to the Terms below.
General
- Muulin.com / muulin.ee is an online store through which we sell our products to you.
- Our relationship is governed by these Terms and by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.
- We may update these Terms at any time; the current version always lives on this page.
- Please read these Terms before ordering. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you've read, understood, and accepted them.
Products & ordering
- Products shown in the store are available to buy or to order. We sell to both private individuals and companies.
- After ordering, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
- Product photos are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual item.
- Our pieces are handmade from natural materials, so sizes and colours may vary slightly from the photos and descriptions — this is part of their character, not a fault.
- Product descriptions may contain occasional unintentional errors, for which we can't take legal responsibility, though we do our best to keep them accurate.
- You confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
- To order, add the pieces you'd like to your cart, then enter your details, choose a shipping and payment method, and pay.
- You're responsible for entering correct details (name, phone, address, email). We aren't responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect information.
- The sale is concluded when full payment reaches our account. Until then, items remain available to other customers.
- The full ordering process and payment methods are described on our Ordering & Shipping page.
Prices
- All prices are in euros and include VAT.
- We may change prices at any time. If you've already completed an order, we'll deliver it at the price that applied when the order was concluded.
Shipping
- When ordering outside the EU, prices exclude VAT and tax, and local customs duties or fees may apply — please check with your local customs office. Shipping fees are not refundable. See Ordering & Shipping for details.
Returns & refunds
- Muulin offers a 14-day return right on all products bought from our store. To return, email us at info@muulin.ee with your order number, the item name(s), and the reason. You may try pieces on as you would in a shop; items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed can no longer be returned. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
- Sets are sold as a set and returned as a set. If you keep one piece and return the other, the set discount no longer applies: we deduct the full individual price of the piece you keep and refund the remainder. You can exchange one or both pieces of a set by email request.
- Full instructions are on our Returns & Refunds page.
Privacy
- You agree that we may process your personal data, which we handle with care and protect from third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Force majeure
- If an event beyond our reasonable control prevents us from meeting our obligations, those obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
- In such cases, the contract between us may be partially or fully terminated.
- Force majeure includes war, civil unrest, riots, government measures, strikes, lockouts, blockades, failures of electricity, telephone, or internet service, natural disasters, and similar events.
- We'll always do everything we reasonably can to resolve the situation for you as quickly and fully as possible.
Complaints & disputes
- If something isn't right, contact us first at info@muulin.ee — we'll do our best to resolve it.
- If we can't reach agreement, you may turn to the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet, ttja.ee) in Estonia, or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
